1. Who provides the service

2. What FreeTime is
FreeTime is an app that helps coordinate plans between people who already know each other, by cross-referencing their actual availability (from the calendar and the time slots each user decides to share) and their shared interests. The service suggests possible plans among mutual connections; the final decision to accept or decline always rests with the user.
3. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using FreeTime you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the app after that date implies acceptance of the new terms.
4. Requirements to use the app
- Be 16 years of age or older.
- Have a valid phone number for identity verification.
- Use the app in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
5. User account
- You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activities that take place under it.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, your data is erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- Using FreeTime to harass, threaten, or harm other people.
- Impersonating another person or creating fake accounts.
- Using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
- Attempting to access other users' data or compromise system security.
- Using the app for illegal activities or activities contrary to public order.
- Sharing illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or third-party rights-infringing content in the chat.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice in serious cases.
7. User-generated content
Content you post in the chat (messages, images) belongs to you. By posting it, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to the participants of that conversation solely for the purpose of providing the service. We make no claim of ownership over your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not proactively monitor chat, but we may act on abuse reports.
8. Intellectual property
The FreeTime application, its design, code, brand, and all its elements are the property of Jorge Viñas Tremols or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights over them other than personal use of the app as set out herein.
9. Service availability
FreeTime is offered in pilot phase. We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- FreeTime is not responsible for plans agreed between users or for what happens during them.
- We do not guarantee that users you connect with will act in good faith; use your judgement.
- We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence).
11. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We recommend you read it.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of FreeTime, the parties submit to the competent courts under Spanish legislation, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection jurisdiction that may apply to the user.
